Estimates and scheduling

• On-site estimates are free and subject to schedule availability, Monday through Saturday.
• Residential cleaning appointments are performed on Saturdays only.
• Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment; our team will contact you to confirm.

Service boundaries

• Painting services cover interior surfaces only: walls, ceilings, trim, and drywall.
• Carpet care is vacuuming only; we do not provide steam cleaning, shampooing, or extraction.
• We do not perform biohazard or mold remediation.
• Maintenance is limited to light repairs; we do not perform structural, electrical, or heavy plumbing work.
